Shipping & Delivery Policy

At EGEEN, we take pride in delivering your tools safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates. Our logistics process is designed to ensure that your equipment—from precision die grinders to cordless drills—arrives in perfect condition and ready for use.

1. Delivery Areas & Coverage

We offer reliable door-to-door delivery services to all residential and commercial addresses within the seven Emirates:

  • Primary Zones: Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Extended Zones: Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

  • Please note: Deliveries to remote or restricted “Western Region” areas in Abu Dhabi may incur additional lead times.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: A flat rate of AED 25 applies to orders across the UAE.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders exceeding AED 500.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional processing fee of AED 10 may apply for COD transactions to cover secure cash handling by our courier partners.

3. Delivery Timelines

We process orders during our standard office hours (Monday – Thursday, 07:30 AM – 03:30 PM).

  • Ajman, Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days.

  • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 11:00 AM (GST) on working days are typically dispatched the same day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a confirmation via Email or SMS containing a Tracking Number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Process & Requirements

  • Receiver’s Presence: For security and verification, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available, the courier will attempt to reschedule once more.

  • ID Verification: For high-value tool shipments or credit card payments, our delivery agent may request to see a valid Emirates ID to prevent fraud.

  • Inspection: We highly recommend inspecting the package for any external damage before signing the delivery receipt.

6. Self-Pickup (Click & Collect)

Customers are welcome to save on shipping costs by collecting their orders directly from our warehouse.

  • Location: Opposite of Darmix Ready-Made Concrete, New Industrial Area, Ajman.

  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Thursday | 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM.

  • Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” notification before visiting our office.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your shipment, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us at +971 6 748 4044 or email media@egeen.ae with your order number and photos of the package.
