Are the tools sold on EGEEN original?

Yes, 100%. We only sell authentic, high-quality brands like Dewalt,Milano,Makita,Bosch,Admore,Geepas,Superasia,Blit,Roska. Every product comes in its original factory packaging.

Do you offer a warranty on power tools?

Most of our power tools (like the Clarke Die Grinder and Cordless Drills) carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific product page or contact us for warranty duration and terms.

Can I use these tools for professional industrial work?

Absolutely. Our catalog includes industrial-grade tools designed for workshops, DIY projects, and professional construction environments across the UAE.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all seven Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

How long does delivery take?

For Ajman, Dubai, and Sharjah, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. For other Emirates, please allow 2–3 business days.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes! You can select "Self-Pickup" at checkout. Our warehouse is located in the New Industrial Area, Ajman, opposite Darmix Ready-Made Concrete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE.

Is it safe to use my credit card on EGEEN?

Do your prices include VAT?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for unused items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that certain consumables (like drill bits or knife blades) cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.

How do I get a refund for a damaged item?

If your tool arrives damaged, contact us at media@egeen.ae within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

When is your office open?

Our office and warehouse operate Monday to Sunday, 07:00 AM – 08:00 PM.
